Here are some things you need to put in your Emergency Kit:
Water - Drinkable water that can last up to 72 hours. Also, have some for cleaning wounds and such.
Food- Canned goods, biscuits, chocolates, anything edible, don't get spoiled easily and easy to access.
Battery/Crank-powered flashlight - for power outages or signaling
Battery/Crank-powered radio - to listen for news updates
Extra batteries or Alternative batteries (Powerbank)- for your flashlight, phone or any IMPORTANT device
First aid kit - it must contain important medicine and things needed for cleaning wounds (e.g. bandages...)
Personal hygiene items like soap, napkin, etc.
Copies of personal documents - make sure to seal it in a water-proof container
Cellphone with charger - to call for help or in emergency cases
